Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 14‑day return period from the day your order is delivered. UK customers also have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To qualify for a return, items should be:

  • unworn and unused

  • in their original condition

  • with tags attached

  • returned with original packaging where reasonably possible

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, email hello@suitephysique.com. We’ll confirm your request and provide the correct return address. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can ensure your return is processed correctly.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll review the issue and make it right.

If the item is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under UK consumer law.

In most cases, we’ll replace the item at no cost to you — and you won’t need to return the original.


Non‑Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • items marked as final sale

  • gift cards

  • custom or personalised items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask.


Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or colour, you can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return postage for size or colour exchanges. We cover the cost of sending the replacement item.

This exchange window does not affect your statutory rights.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether it’s been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Shipping

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you only when the goods are delivered, in accordance with UK consumer law.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £30. Delivery charges for orders below this threshold are shown at checkout.
