Welcome to Suite Physique. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how our website and online store operate, and outline your rights and responsibilities when using our services, features, tools, products, and content (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy; Privacy policy – Suite Physique. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
1. Access and Account
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to use the Services. If you allow a minor to use the Services on a device you own or manage, you are responsible for their activity.
You may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing details, and shipping information. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer or assign your account to anyone else.
2. Our Products
We aim to present our products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device and display settings.
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights relating to goods that are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order is accepted once payment has been processed and we send you an order confirmation.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may not be able to cancel or amend orders once accepted. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy [LINK].
You confirm that your purchases are for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of commercial resale.
4. Prices and Billing
Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping. If we become VAT‑registered, prices will include VAT as required by UK law.
You agree to provide accurate and up‑to‑date payment information. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment details you provide are valid and authorised.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you only when the goods are delivered to you, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Free UK delivery is available on orders over £30. Delivery charges for orders below this threshold are shown at checkout.
6. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel. You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
You are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
This section does not apply to goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services — including text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, and design — is owned by Suite Physique or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our written permission.
Suite Physique’s names, logos, and branding are trademarks of Suite Physique. Shopify’s trademarks belong to Shopify.
8. Optional Tools
We may provide access to third‑party tools that we do not control. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements. Your use of any third‑party tools is at your own risk.
9. Third‑Party Links
The Services may contain links to third‑party websites or content. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third‑party materials and are not liable for any harm or damages arising from your use of them.
Please review third‑party policies before engaging in any transactions.
10. Relationship with Shopify
Suite Physique is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Suite Physique. Shopify is not responsible for these transactions.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy; Privacy policy – Suite Physique. Shopify also processes certain information in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
12. Feedback
If you submit feedback, ideas, reviews, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use, modify, publish, and display that Feedback for any purpose. You confirm that you own the rights to the Feedback and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
13. Errors and Information Accuracy
Occasionally, information on the Services may contain errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We may correct or update information at any time without notice.
14. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not violate laws, infringe rights, upload harmful content, attempt to bypass security measures, or use automated tools to scrape or extract data.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time. Termination does not affect your statutory rights.
You remain responsible for any charges incurred before termination.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suite Physique will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suite Physique from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
